If you are tired of working for a salary and are looking for an application for your entrepreneurial ideas, starting your own business may be the way out. There is no need to register a joint stock company for this. By law, an individual can become an individual entrepreneur by submitting an application to the tax authority at the place of residence.
It is necessary
- - passport;
- - copy of the passport;
- - receipt of payment of the duty;
- - certificate of tax registration;
- - application for state registration as an entrepreneur.
Instructions
Step 1
Make sure you are not subject to the restrictions imposed by the law for sole proprietors. You must be at least 18 years old and your legal capacity must not be restricted by a court. If you are in a state or municipal service, you cannot be an entrepreneur.
Step 2
Fill out the application forms for state registration as an individual entrepreneur. The form, called P21001, can be obtained from the tax authority at your place of residence or found on the website of the tax office of your region. Draw up the statement by hand using a black pen, or fill out the form on your computer and then print.
Step 3
On the corresponding page of the application form, enter your pre-selected activities according to the All-Russian Classifier (OKVED). This data will be the basis for certain types of activities that you are permitted by law. Keep in mind that each type of activity is subject to a specific taxation system.
Step 4
Choose a taxation system that you will use in your activities. Most often, individual entrepreneurs choose a general regime or a simplified taxation system. You can go through this stage after registration, but it is much more convenient to decide on the method of calculating taxes already at the stage of filing documents.
Step 5
Contact the tax authority at the place of your registration and get there the details required to pay the state duty. Pay the fee at any branch of Sberbank and attach the receipt to your application. Also include photocopies of the TIN receipt certificate and your passport in the package of documents. You will present the passport itself when submitting documents.
Step 6
Submit the generated package of documents to the tax authority inspector responsible for the registration of individual entrepreneurs. Within five working days, employees of the tax authority will complete all the documents, after which you will receive a certificate of registration as an individual entrepreneur and a corresponding extract from the state register.
Step 7
With the documents received, contact the territorial office of the Pension Fund, where you will be registered and notified of the amount of mandatory contributions. After that, you have the right to open your current bank account and start your business in full.
