To visually consider all possible location options, cut out small rectangles from cardboard. Each of them will represent a functionally significant room (kitchen, hall for visitors, etc.).

Pay attention to fig. 1. All requirements are taken into account here. The kitchen doors are closed with additional walls, this allows you to hide the workflow from the eyes of the client. The toilets are connected to the service rooms by additional doors, so visitors will never see the cleaning ladies with their inventory going to clean the toilets. The kitchen is also connected to the service premises, so in the event of an emergency situation, the staff can take action quickly and unnoticed by the guests of your cafe. Be sure to make two emergency exits in case of fire and place fire extinguishers next to the utility rooms.
