Currently, it is allowed to submit reports to the Tax Service or the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation by mail. This method is very convenient, as it avoids long queues, but at the same time, it can cause a number of misunderstandings if you do not follow the rules prescribed in the legislation.
It is necessary
- - the envelope;
- - the form of the list of investments;
- - the form of a receipt notification.
Instructions
Step 1
Read article 80 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, which regulates the procedure for sending a report by mail. Fill out the full reporting document and go with it to the nearest post office. Obtain from the mail officer or take a special form for compiling an inventory at the information desk.
Step 2
Fill in all the columns of the form, listing all the documents to be sent, indicating their quantity and value. The inventory form, in accordance with article 198 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, is signed by the head of the enterprise or a person who has a power of attorney to submit a report to the Tax Service or the Pension Fund.
Step 3
Give the post office employee two copies of the completed inventory form and all documents for him to check the correctness of filling. The postal service will certify both copies, one of which fits in the envelope, and the second remains with the sender.
Step 4
Purchase an envelope and notice form. Fill in the recipient's address, which must correspond to the IRS inspectorate or Pension Fund office to which your business is assigned. Enter the sender's address, i.e. the address of the enterprise.
Step 5
Give the envelope with the reports to the postal officer who will postmark it. In accordance with clause 2.2 of the regulations, which was approved by order No. BG-3-06 / 76 of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Russian Federation dated February 4, 2004, it is established that the date of the report's delivery is the date of the actual sending of the letter. Save your receipt and payment receipt, which should indicate the time of receipt of the letter. Check the legibility of the stamp and the legible date on the receipt.
Step 6
Save the mailing list, receipt and notice of receipt by the addressee of your letter with the report. These documents will help you in case of disputes and disagreements with the authorities to which the reporting was sent.
