Any adult citizen can register as an individual entrepreneur. The first step to register is to visit the tax office. There you need to write a statement. The form will be given to you on the spot.
Documents that will be needed: copies of all pages of the passport, a copy of the birth certificate, a receipt for payment of the state fee. All copies must be certified by a notary.
Step 2
In a week you will be given a certificate stating that you are an individual entrepreneur and are included in the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs of the Russian Federation.
Step 3
Every year, you need to submit an income tax return to the tax office. You will pay taxes in accordance with the selected form of taxation.
Step 4
When hiring employees, you will be required to keep work books and pay social contributions.
