Instructions

Step 1

Decide on the establishment of a branch at the general meeting of the founders of the company. Make changes to the articles of association and articles of association. Contact your local tax office to register them. Obtain a certificate of registration of changes.

Step 2

Contact extra-budgetary funds (PFR, FSS and MHIF) to receive new registration documents.

Step 3

Prepare other documents necessary for opening a branch in Moscow:

- certified copies of all constituent documents;

- regulations on the branch (with the signature of the head and the seal of the organization);

- certified copies of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of the parent organization (subject to changes);

- certified copies of the OGRN;

- certified copies of the TIN of the organization;

- certified copies of OKVED;

- certified copies of notices of re-registration in off-budget funds;

- information about the company's accounts;

- a certificate from the head of the parent organization about who will pay taxes, signed and stamped.

Step 4

Go to Moscow (you or your authorized representative) and find premises for office and production needs (if necessary). Depending on the status of your company, rent an office in the center of the capital, in Moscow City or in other areas, but not too far from highways and metro stations. Premises for production needs should be found in the Moscow region.

Step 5

Contact the tax office (located in the same area as the office space you rented for the branch). Submit the entire package of documents, adding information about the legal address of the branch, a lease agreement or a certificate of ownership of the premises.

Step 6

Beware of scammers who offer to complete all documents for a certain fee or "buy" from them the legal address of the branch. It is better to really spend a little and rent at least a small office than to be left with nothing and arouse suspicion among tax officials.
