Responsibilities and rights of the financial controller

  • preparation of management and financial reporting;
  • search for solutions to minimize and eliminate financial losses of the company;

  • improvement of the organization's workflow, development and implementation of progressive methods and forms of financial and accounting;
  • taking an inventory of cash and material assets.

The financial controller is granted the right of permanent access to the decisions of the organization's management in relation to its activities, as well as to make proposals for its improvement. He also has the right to inform his immediate supervisor about any shortcomings in the activities of the enterprise, its structural divisions or individual employees, to deal with their elimination. A financial control specialist has the right, either personally or on behalf of the management, to request information and documents from those responsible for the organization's departments that are necessary to build an effective financial activity of the organization.

The specialist is responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of his official duties, which are provided for by his job description. He is also subject to labor standards established by the current labor legislation of the Russian Federation. The financial controller is prohibited from disseminating false information about the fulfillment of his official duties, violating orders, instructions and instructions of the organization's management and his immediate supervisor.

This person is obliged to comply with safety precautions, fire safety and other rules established in the organization and should not pose a threat to the activities of its employees.
