Every citizen who is a taxpayer is entitled to receive a social deduction for tuition. To receive a deduction, it is necessary to submit a tax return completed in two copies in the form of 3NDFL together with a set of documents to the tax service at the place of permanent residence. One copy of the declaration remains with the inspection, the second, registered by the inspector, is handed over to the taxpayer. The tuition tax return consists of seven sheets (forms), which can be completed on a computer or manually.

Instructions

Step 1

When filling out forms in a text-based application, turn on upper case on your computer keyboard. Choose an appropriate size and regular font style for Courier New. Output each form to the printer on a separate sheet using simplex printing. When filling out your tax return by hand, use blue, purple, or black ink. Fill in the text fields in clear capital block letters, try to write the numbers the same height.

Step 2

You can use the following procedure for filling out the tax return sheets. On the first two pages, which are called cover pages, indicate reliable personal information in accordance with passport data. For the primary declaration in the line "Adjustment number" put "0-" In the "Reporting tax period" line write the year for which you want to receive the deduction. Enter the OKATO code defined for the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service accepting your declaration. Put the taxpayer category code - 760. Enter in the column "The accuracy and completeness of the information specified in this declaration, I confirm:" data, representative or personal. Sign under this column and date on the day you filed your return.

Step 3

In point I, the first section "Calculation of the tax base and the amount of tax on income …" (third sheet), enter the total amount of income, writing it out from the income statement of an individual. In paragraph II, fill in the amount paid for training and corresponding to the payment document. Calculate the tax base and the total tax amount (paragraphs III, IV) according to the formulas presented under each subparagraph. Repeat the amount of tax to be refunded in section 6 "Amounts of tax to be paid …".

Step 4

Forms "Income from sources in the Russian Federation …" and "Calculation of standard deductions" fill in the data from the certificate of income of an individual. In the second of them, reflect the prescribed standard deduction. In the sheet "Calculation of social deductions" in paragraph 1, indicate the amount spent for training and the total amount in paragraphs 1 and 3.

Step 5

Count all attachments (certificates, copies of documents) and enter the data in the line on supporting documents located on the first cover page. Number all pages, including title pages, as follows: 001, 002, etc. On the second to seventh pages, write your surname and initials at the top, sign at the bottom (put the date on the day of filing the declaration) and thus finish filling out the tax return.
