Gather the board of founders and make a decision on the creation of the company in the form of a protocol, which must be signed by the chairman and secretary of the constituent assembly.

Draw up a protocol on the appointment of the director. As the sole executive body, one of the members of the board of founders can act as well as a person from the outside who was hired for this position.

In the application form for the P11001 form, indicate as the organizational and legal form - a limited liability company, the name of the enterprise in accordance with the charter. Enter the address of the location of the organization. Write down the number of founders who are members of the company, and, accordingly, fill in the same number of sheets B of the application. Enter their personal data in them.

As a rule, the contribution of the members of the LLC is made in the form of the authorized capital. Please indicate its size. Write down the number of persons who can act on behalf of the company without a power of attorney. Usually this is the director, write information about him on sheet E of the statement.

Certify the completed application with a notary by putting your personal signature in his presence. Submit it to the tax authority with the required package of documents. Within five days, your company will be registered and you will be able to carry out your activities.
