Step 1
Find a room, keeping in mind the requirements that licensing organizations impose on a pharmacy company. A lot is taken into account here - the total area, the availability of the necessary office, administrative and utility rooms, as well as ideally functioning engineering systems. Even the choice of materials used to decorate the premises of a pharmacy organization is strictly regulated.
Step 2
Build the minimum required staff. For a pharmacy of finished dosage forms, it will be as follows: a manager, one or two pharmacists and a cleaning lady (nurse). The absence of an accountant does not in any way affect the process of obtaining a license, but common sense dictates that one should be hired from the very beginning - if the new institution is not part of an already functioning network of pharmacies.
Step 3
Purchase the specialized equipment you need to equip your sales area and office space. To allow visitors to see the prices at the pharmacy for themselves, install shelving with a glass display case. You will also definitely need cabinets and refrigerators for storing pharmaceutical products, and for especially "strong" drugs - even a metal safe.
Step 4
Prepare the documents required to obtain a license to engage in pharmaceutical activities. In addition to the constituent documentation, the sanitary and epidemiological conclusion on the admissibility of the use of the premises, you will also need documents confirming the availability of the appropriate education among the employees of your pharmacy organization. In addition to the license, your "enterprise" must have a "pharmacy passport" drawn up in a standard form.
