Instructions
Step 1
Determine the location of the legal entity, prepare the authorized capital for the LLP, specify the codes for the types of economic activities, come up with a name for the company.
Step 2
Prepare a package of constituent documents in Russian and Kazakh languages (each must be in 3 copies). Forms for documents can be obtained from the territorial body of justice located at the place of your temporary stay. Draw up an application for state registration of a legal entity, in which indicate: - name of the company; - legal address; - composition and number of founders; - country code; - codes of economic activities; - size of authorized capital; - approximate number of people who will work in companies.
Step 3
Execute all incorporation documents in accordance with the requirements. If you and the other founders of the company decide to carry out their activities on the basis of a standard agreement, then you will not need the articles of association. If you are the sole founder, then you do not need a contract either.
Step 4
Open an account and add the authorized capital to it. Pay the state fee. Submit the entire package of documents (including the apostille of identity documents and the lease agreement for the premises) to the territorial body of justice. Registration will be completed within 3 days.
Step 5
Obtain in justice: - certificate of state registration of a legal entity; - BIN certificate.
Step 6
If you are going to open an individual entrepreneur in Kazakhstan, you will need a residence permit in this country or permanent registration. Submit to the justice authorities the INN, an extract from the house register, a photo 3, 5 × 4, 5. Make a statement, where, in addition to personal data and the address of the individual entrepreneur, indicate a list of activities. Receive a certificate of state registration within 3 days from the date of submission of documents.
