If you want to start your own business, but do not know how, then first go to the tax office and register your private enterprise (PE) there.
It is necessary
- Application for state registration in the form No. З21001, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 439 dated June 19, 2002;
- A copy of the passport, notarized;
- Document confirming the payment of the state duty;
- Money for a courier or mail.
Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to pay the state fee for opening a private enterprise. Its size is 400 rubles. This can be done at any branch of Sberbank.
Step 2
Next, you need to make a copy of your passport. It must be notarized. If there is no copy, then when submitting documents, you will need to provide the original passport.
Step 3
In any law firm or in a printing house, take the application form to the tax office. Fill in according to the sample. And collect with you in a single package of documents. Then you send this package to the tax office either through a courier (in this case, you need to write a notarized power of attorney), or send it by post with a declared value and an attached inventory.
Step 4
If your documents are in order, the tax inspectorate will consider your request to register an enterprise within 5 days and send you its package of documents. It includes: a certificate of state registration of an individual as an individual entrepreneur in form N Z61001 and an extract from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs. Now you can safely start your own business.
