More and more people in Russia understand that the everyday life of an employee is not much different from the life of a serf. Those who decide to throw off the chains of office slavery have a direct road to entrepreneurs. And the best platform for business development in Russia, as you know, is Moscow. It should be understood that there is no formula for creating a successful business - what is called entrepreneurial flair is needed, but the main steps in this direction are still worth noting.

Step 1
First of all, choose a business idea. It is to choose, not to come up with - do not be fooled - almost all ideas were invented before you. There are several methods in order to determine the idea: to improve the services or goods already offered by entrepreneurs in Moscow and other cities; study trends in the development of society and the needs of people; use your own experience in a specific field; turn your hobby into a business; purchase a franchise or a ready-made business in Moscow; create innovative methods of production, distribution or marketing.
Step 2
Today, the search for a business idea essentially boils down to finding a niche - your place in the market. This process is very laborious, especially in the absence of information. However, no one forbids the use of market research results by well-known analytical companies.
Step 3
Make a business plan. Its design makes it possible to realistically assess the prospects of an idea and answers the question of whether it is worth opening a business in Moscow. It is very important that the organizational, marketing and financial activities of your company for 2-3 years in advance are spelled out in the business plan.
Step 4
There is no normative document that would regulate the structure of a business plan in Russia. However, there are international norms on the basis of which templates have been developed for creating a business plan. The most widely used standards are UNIDO and TACIS. Most of those who seek to start a business in Moscow draw up a business plan according to one of these templates.
Step 5
Find funds. You already know the amount that you need, so you need to find sources of these investments. When setting up a business in Moscow, you can use bank and non-bank loans; municipal subsidies and grants; tenders and government orders; by own means.
Step 6
Here you need to decide on the form of entrepreneurship. Most common are non-corporate forms of doing business: individual entrepreneurs and LLCs. Both of these forms have certain advantages and disadvantages, but it should be said that registration of an individual entrepreneur is optimal for doing business alone. For larger projects, a legal entity must be registered.
Step 7
Every entrepreneur, before starting his activity, should attend to the choice of the taxation system. There are three options for future businessmen.

General system. It includes the whole range of general taxes, namely income tax, VAT, unified social tax and property tax. The choice of this system also implies the maintenance of complete accounting records. However, the system also has advantages - the organization has the right to return the VAT paid by it when working with counterparties.
Step 9
The simplified system implies the imposition of a tax in the amount of 6% of income, or 15% of the difference between income and expenses (at the choice of the entrepreneur). Obviously, full accounting is not required with this system.
Step 10
The system with the introduction of imputed income tax is a subspecies of the simplified system. The object of taxation in this case is the potential income calculated according to a certain formula by the authorities.
Step 11
Business registration, obtaining permits and opening a current account are the final stages of starting a business in Moscow. In this case, registration takes place at the address: Pokhodny proezd, possession 3, building 1, and an account is opened in any of the banks in Moscow.
