If you have a price list, arrange it in the form of a table and also place it in the center of the message. A photo of a product or service will be appropriate if it is of excellent quality and has a square shape (this is better perceived).

Don't send faceless emails. To verbally convey your interest in this particular client, you can write as an afterword: "Please notify me of your decision as soon as possible."

At the end of the text, be sure to sign: "Yours faithfully, full name, position, contact numbers, website (if any)." It is advisable to enclose a small photograph of yours in your signature - a portrait (the size of a passport). There should be nothing superfluous in the photo, just your face.
