The transition to convenient remote forms of interaction between government bodies and citizens is one of the current trends. The PFR is also no exception and has developed a personal account of the PFR payer, which allows policyholders to reduce the time for preparing and submitting reports, and also provides a number of convenient options.
It is necessary
- - registration number of the policyholder;
- - TIN;
- - Email;
- - passport or power of attorney;
- - agreement with the FIU on electronic document management.
Instructions
Step 1
The personal account of the PFR payer may be of interest to both companies and individual entrepreneurs who make payments to the fund for themselves and for employees. It allows real-time reconciliation of settlements with the fund for insurance premiums, generate payment documents, control the receipt of funds, pre-check the RSV-1 report, and download current forms. You can get these services after completing the registration procedure in your personal account and receiving a personal code.
Step 2
Go to the page of your regional FIU in the section "Personal account of the payer of insurance premiums". On the registration page that opens, enter the TIN and e-mail.
Step 3
Next, clarify the best way to obtain a password - electronically, by mail (registered mail) or during a personal visit to the FIU. You will also need to enter images in the picture. It remains to press the button "Get activation code".
Step 4
The registration information you specified will go to the FIU and will be processed within 5 days. After that, the activation code, consisting of 20 digits, will be sent in one of the selected ways.
Step 5
Each method of obtaining has its own nuances. So, in electronic form, an activation password can be obtained only if there is an agreement with the FIU.
Step 6
When sent by post, the password can be obtained by an authorized representative of the policyholder. However, the code is sent exclusively to the legal address of the company or the IP registration address (indicated in the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or the Unified State Register of Legal Entities).
Step 7
When visiting the FIU personally, you must have documents confirming the applicant's authority. It can be a passport or a power of attorney.
Step 8
After receiving the code, you must enter it in the registration window. Then confirm the conditions for connecting to the Internet resource, enter and specify your own password. As a result, access to all the features of your personal account will open.
