The procedure for the creation and functioning of production cooperatives is regulated by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, as well as the Federal Law determining the status and basic principles of such organizations - the Federal Law “On Production Cooperatives”. Given that the cooperative has the status of a legal entity, its registration is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the Federal Law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs".

Step 1
Of course, you can use the services of intermediaries for registration, however, with a certain amount of patience, it is quite possible to go through the whole process on your own.
Give the co-op a name. Keep in mind that the legal requirement for the mandatory inclusion of the phrase "production cooperative" or the word "artel" in the corporate name.

Write a protocol for creating a cooperative.

Draw up the charter, without fail including in it the items that need to be written in accordance with the law. A complete list of these points is given in Article 5 of the Federal Law "On Production Cooperatives".
Step 4
Take care of the registration address. A letter of guarantee must be prepared for the registering authority.

Pay the state fee.
Step 6
Pay your shares. According to the law, by the time of registration, all members of the artel must pay at least a tenth of their contribution, the remaining amount must be paid within a year after the cooperative is registered. If the share contributions are made in cash, a temporary bank account must be opened to make them. In the case of payment for shares with property, an act of assessment of the contributed property is drawn up, signed by all participants in the cooperative.

Fill out form Р11001 (application form for state registration of a legal entity upon creation).

Now, until the moment of creating your cooperative, you have very little left. Collect the entire set of documents (it is better to clarify the requirements for the composition of documents on the date of filing with the tax office; they will also prompt you which documents need to be signed, which ones need to be sewn and certified with a signature indicating the number of stitched and numbered sheets, etc.).
Step 9
Go to the tax office, which registers the legal entities to be created (in Moscow it is MIFNS No. 46 in Moscow, in St. Petersburg - MIFNS No. 15). Submit your documents and wait five business days. During this period, you are required to register or return the documents (usually the charter) for revision.
