Step 1
Collect the required set of documents for registration of the sign. To do this, prepare the following document - Extract from the state unified register of enterprises (legal entities). It must be certified by the seal of the company; - A copy of the certificate of registration of the legal entity in the State Unified Register. This document must also be certified by the company seal; - A copy of the information letter on the registration in the USRPO, certified by the company seal; - A copy of the certificate from the tax authorities on the registration of the enterprise and its assignment TIN, certified by the company seal; - Notarized copy of the document, confirming the ownership of a room, structure, building or other object; - A notarized copy of the lease agreement concluded with the owner or with another person who has certain rights to the property; - Conclusion on the conducted technical expertise; - Notarized copy of a certificate from the bureau, which conducts a technical inventory of the balance holder of the premises (building) of the current year. This certificate is valid for one calendar year; - A copy of the technical project indicating the structure of electricity wiring.
Step 2
Obtain permission to install a suitable advertising structure for your sign. To do this, write an application for this permission. Then submit the written application along with the required documents to your local government.
Step 3
Please note that when using any trademarks on the sign, you must provide a certificate of registration of the used trademark, as well as permission confirming its use. Attach this document in addition to the above package of documents.
Step 4
Wait a few days for your application to be reviewed. In case of a positive decision, you can safely install an advertising sign.
