Organizations whose activities are carried out on the basis of the Federal Law "On Licensing Certain Types of Activities" may waive the license and revoke it. The basis for this is a written notification of the licensing authority about the decision to terminate the licensed type of activity.
Instructions
Step 1
If the founders of the enterprise made a decision to amend the activities that were indicated in its charter, then the licensing authority must be notified. For early termination of the license, submit an application to the organization that issued it, it is written in free form. The application must be submitted no later than two weeks before the day when the licensed activity is actually terminated.
Step 2
In the text of the application, be sure to indicate the license number, the date of its issue and the name of the authority that granted the license. Attach the original document to the application, which confirms the legality of the activities carried out by the company. It will be marked by the licensing authority to invalidate it.
Step 3
All procedures related to the termination of the license and registration of a decision on this will take no more than 3-4 working days. When you receive this document in your hands, you need to register all those changes that affected the activities of your enterprise.
Step 4
The license will be terminated only after all the changes made are made to the statutory documents and registered in the unified state register of legal entities (USRLE) or individual entrepreneurs (USRIP). These registers must contain records that a legal entity has ceased this type of activity in connection with liquidation or reorganization, and an individual - as an individual entrepreneur. The basis for making changes is the decision of the licensing authority on the early termination of the license.
Step 5
After receiving an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or IGRIP, prepare a letter to the State Statistics Authorities with a request to amend the statistical forms related to the activities of your enterprise.
