Its owner and administrator is WM Transfer Ltd (London). When registering in the WebMoney system, each user receives a unique twelve-digit WM-identifier (WMID).

Each user receives a WM identifier (WMID) upon registration in the WebMoney system. WMID is a unique twelve-digit numerical sequence. To work with websites using the WebMoney payment system, you will also need to install the system root certificate. When installing WM Keeper Classic, this is done automatically.
