Step 1
When returning an electronic ticket, fill out an application for a refund on the website, or contact the office of the company where it was sold. When filling out the application form, indicate your passport details, last name and first name, telephone number, as well as the date of departure and the route. When paying for a ticket with a bank plastic card, provide the last 4 digits of its serial number.
Step 2
Refunds back to the plastic card will be made within a period of several hours to 10 days. You can cancel the purchased ticket 3 hours before departure (no later), or not less than two days after the flight. A refund for a ticket in case of a lost bank card to a new current account is possible only after a written statement about the loss / theft / expiration of the term and indicating the numbers of old and new plastic cards.
Step 3
The return of a paper ticket purchased at the sales office is made upon presentation of the passport of the owner of the travel ticket or his authorized representative with a notarized permission. Refunds are made in cash in exchange for a ticket or unused flight coupons.
Step 4
When exchanging a ticket due to a change in the departure date, class of service, change of passport data, or when reissuing it to another person, the passenger must be present in person and the documents confirming the identity of the owner (passport) must be provided. But keep in mind that additional fees apply when exchanging a ticket. In some cases, returning and buying a new, more expensive ticket can be more expensive than exchanging them.
