State bodies from time to time change the forms of regulated reporting. In this regard, the developers of the 1C: Enterprise software make sure that the applications are updated in time to meet the new requirements. You can perform this operation by calling a 1C representative or by doing everything yourself.
Instructions
Step 1
Receive new regulated reporting forms. Check for updates through the configuration assistant. In this case, you must have an Internet connection. If the program reports that the reports are outdated, then you need to install new ones.
Step 2
Download the update from specialized sites on the Internet or use the ITS disk supplied with the 1C: Enterprise program. Start information and technical support, select the "Reporting" section and click "Refresh". As a result of these manipulations, you will receive a file with new regulated reports with the rar extension.
Step 3
Unpack the regulated reporting file. If necessary, install the archiver on your personal computer. This program can be downloaded via the Internet at specialized sites. It is advisable to use official sources and check files with an antivirus, otherwise you can infect your computer with viruses.
Step 4
Start the configuration of the 1C: Enterprise program, in which you need to install the updated regulated reporting. Open the "Reports" menu in the upper ribbon of the toolbar and select "Regulated". In the window that opens, click the "Download" button.
Step 5
Go to the folder where the update file was unpacked. Select any document and click "Open". The update of the 1C: Enterprise program will start. A black command line window with running letters will appear. During this time, do not do anything with the program or personal computer, otherwise the update may fail and you will have to start all over again.
Step 6
Check for updated regulatory reporting. To do this, run the necessary reports and check them against those that are currently established by law.
