You can submit your income tax return in person, through a representative by proxy, or send it to the tax office by mail. In services specializing in the submission of reports via the Internet, such a service may be provided for this document as well.
It is necessary
- - completed declaration;
- - an envelope if the declaration is sent by mail
Instructions
Step 1
If the declaration is submitted personally by an entrepreneur or the head of an organization, he must personally certify the document with his signature and seal, and then take it to the tax office. The declaration must be printed in duplicate or photocopyed from it. On it or on the second copy, the tax office will make a note of acceptance.
Step 2
If the document is submitted through a representative, he must sign the declaration, and attach to it a power of attorney, signed by the entrepreneur or the head of the organization and the seal.
Step 3
By mail, the declaration is sent in a valuable letter with a list of attachments (when drawing up an inventory, you will need to indicate a symbolic price for the declaration, for example, ten rubles) and a receipt acknowledgment. The inventory must be certified by the head of the liaison office. The receipt for payment for mail services must be kept. It will serve as confirmation of the date of delivery of the document, which is considered the day of acceptance of the item by mail.
Step 4
To submit a declaration via the Internet, you need to select a service that offers such services, pay for a particular tariff plan, prepare a power of attorney (the form can usually be downloaded on the service's website) and upload it through the form on the website or send the original by mail with a receipt acknowledgment. Upon completion of this formality, you can form a declaration and give a command to send it using the system interface.
