To receive a social or property deduction, you must fill out a tax declaration of income of an individual in the form of 3-NDFL. The declaration form can be obtained from the tax office. It is filled in by hand or printed on a printer. The form consists of 26 sheets: 8 sheets of tax declaration; 18 attachment sheets (A to L). Before starting to fill out the declaration, decide on the list of sections that you need. In its structure, be sure to include a cover page, which consists of two pages, sections 1, 6 and the necessary annexes.

It is necessary

  • - Certificate of income in the form of 2-NDFL from each place of work;
  • - a copy of the payment document confirming the amount of payment made to the university for tuition;
  • - a copy of the bank receipt confirming the date and amount of payment for the purchased apartment;
  • - 3-NDFL declaration form.

Instructions

Step 1

To receive a social tax deduction (for your education, education of a child), take sheets A, G1, Zh1, Zh2 as attachments. To obtain a property tax deduction, it is necessary to attach sheets A, G1, Zh1, I. to the declaration.

Step 2

Be sure to put your TIN, surname and initials, page numbers, signature and date of completion on each sheet. Write in capital block letters. On the title page of the 3-NDFL declaration, put the number of sheets of documents attached to the tax return as a whole.

Step 3

In section 1, include data from the annexes to calculate the tax base and the amount of tax on income taxed at the 13% rate. In section 6, indicate the amount of personal income tax to be returned from the budget. Place a dash in the empty cells.

Step 4

Fill in Sheet A based on the data of the 2-NDFL certificate. If you have several jobs, take such a certificate from each and reflect all income in order.

Step 5

Fill in sheet G1 if you received financial assistance at work.

Step 6

Sheet G1 is required. Indicate salary by month, on an accrual basis from the beginning of the year, summing monthly income for all jobs. Enter the standard deductions you received (for you and the children) here.

Step 7

Write down the amount paid for training on sheet G2.

Step 8

On sheet I, fill in the details of the purchased property and, if any, the loan for this property.
