Unfortunately, there are some qualities of a person that do not allow him to be a businessman or entrepreneur.
First, a person who has decided to start a business must constantly develop, possess many skills and knowledge. A future leader must understand accounting, know the legislation of the Russian Federation, and have sales and marketing skills. Of course, you can hire specialists, but this is not enough. There is no guarantee that they will do everything at the highest level.
Secondly, a person who decides to start a business must be sociable. He must be able to find and maintain contacts with new people, otherwise the work will turn into something terrible.
Third, you will have to lower your family's standard of living. Business requires large investments, even those that you did not plan. If you are not ready to only invest at first, then the business is not for you.
Fourth, you must be a risky person. You must be able to take risks, be gambling and at the same time not get depressed with every unsuccessful action. Money, like business, loves risk.
Fifth, all entrepreneurs are introspective. From everything, even from unsuccessful actions, you must endure something useful and good for yourself.
Sixth, you must be willing to sell. All small businesses are driven by sales. First, you will sell yourself, your services, your product almost every second.
Also, be mentally prepared for the fact that you will have to devote less time to your family. Business, like a child, requires a lot of time and effort.
