Step 1
Fill out an application for a rental license.
Step 2
Write a short film annotation.
Step 3
Fill out the applicant's application form, where for a legal entity write: - full name of the organization; - legal and actual address; -Contact phone numbers; -E-mail address; -Bank details; -FULL NAME. head. For an individual - full name. applicant; -Contact phone numbers; -E-mail address.
Step 4
Make copies of the documents: - a copy of the certificate of state registration of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur; - a copy of the certificate of registration of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur with a tax authority; - a copy of the documents confirming the applicant's right to film and video production - copyright agreements and licensing agreements. If the documents are in English, then attach the translation of the documents into Russian.
Step 5
Prepare, in duplicate, a musical note with information about the musical works used in the film, in which indicate the composer, the name and the duration of the sound in the film. And editing sheets, if there are dialogues in the film.
Step 6
Fill in the receipt of the payment document (notification) of an individual for the payment of taxes, fees and other payments to the budgetary system of the Russian Federation in the amount of 2,000 rubles. The details of the income account for the payment of the state duty can be found at the link
Step 7
Pay the state fee and get the relevant certificate.
Step 8
Submit the film copy for state storage and get a certificate. For fiction, animation, popular science films - from the State Film Fund of Russia; for documentaries - from the Russian State Archive of Film and Photo Documents.
Step 9
Submit the prepared set of documents and a film copy to the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation to obtain a rental certificate.
