The 1C program registration log contains information about actions performed by any user, or events that occurred in the infobase. In the process of using the program, irrelevant data is accumulated, and it becomes necessary to delete part of the log or the entire log.
Instructions
Step 1
Run the program by double-clicking on the 1C icon. Switch to the "Configurator" mode, if you have such an opportunity. In this mode, select the "Administration" item and there click "Configure the logbook …".
Step 2
Check the box next to "Reduce" and specify the date until which you want to delete in the "Delete events before" field. In addition, in order to make a backup (backup) of the data just in case, you can download the data from the log to a file in the.xml format.
Step 3
Open the.txt file with the logs of the log file. The text file is located in the same folder on the computer as the base. If the server version of 1C is used, the file is located in the folder where the 1C: Enterprise server is installed. Open the file with Notepad or Wordpad, erase the date you want, and save your changes when you close the viewer.
Step 4
Delete the 1CV #.mlg file (where # is the 1C program version) in the SYSLOG folder by opening the 1C database directory. To avoid deleting the entire log, but only part of it, open the file using Notepad or Wordpad. Please note - because of the "weight" of the file, it can take a long time to open and process.
Step 5
Find the lines you need and delete them. Then save the file. If the server version of 1C is used, the file is located in the folder where the 1C: Enterprise server is installed. In addition to the file, you can delete the entire SYSLOG folder.
Step 6
Limit the log to be read by other users in Monitor mode. Expand in the menu "Monitor" → "Archiving". Archive any log entries that you no longer need. Thus, the records will not be viewed by anyone.
Step 7
Reduce the number of log entries by writing the script / ReduceEventLogSize & ltDate & gt [-saveAs] [-KeepSplitting] to the command line in batch mode of the configurator, where Date is the new border of the log in the yyyy-mm-dd format.
