An official extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities can be obtained at any tax office after submitting a request and presenting a receipt for payment of the state duty.
It is necessary
- - data on the enterprise for which an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (name, legal address, TIN, OGRN) is required;
- - a request for an extract;
- - receipt of payment of state duty;
- - passport and power of attorney in his name (the second is necessary if the extract will be received by an authorized person).
Instructions
Step 1
Make a request to the tax office indicating its number, your data (full name or company name, registration address or legal address, TIN, PSRN if available), a request for an extract and data of the company for which it is required (name, legal address, TIN, OGRN). Sign the document and certify with your seal, if available.
Step 2
Pay the state fee for the provision of the statement. Its size in 2011 is 400 rubles. You can find the details for payment on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for your region, inquire at the tax office or a branch of Sberbank.
Step 3
If an employee of your company who does not have the right to represent it without a power of attorney will submit and receive documents, issue a power of attorney for him and certify it with a seal and signature. He must present it along with the passport when submitting documents and receiving an extract. If you are making a request on behalf of an individual or are entitled to represent a company without a power of attorney and do everything yourself, your passport is sufficient.
Step 4
Submit the documents to the tax office and get the result in due time (from 1 to 5 days). All information about the founders will be in the corresponding section of the statement.
