Step 1
The unwritten does not exist. First of all, write down your goals. It doesn't matter how big or small they are. Let the most modest goal take on a written form: this will help you better formulate and further structure it. Do not be afraid to dream - without a dream there can be no goal.
Step 2
Chances are, not all of your goals can be achieved in a year. Think about what steps you will take to achieve it and how long it is realistic to complete each step. Structure your goal by breaking it down into many small points and sub-points. It's important to see specific, small goals. And, most importantly, set a specific due date for each item. Here's a simple example:
The goal is to go to Rome for two weeks in September. For this:
1) Calculate the approximate travel costs.
a) Ask friends who have recently traveled to Italy.
b) Search for information on the Internet.
Deadline: January 10.
2) Calculate how much you will need to save from your salary for the trip. Deadline: January 10.
3) Save 10 thousand rubles from your salary every month. Term: from January to July, until the 20th.
4) Decide how best to go: buy a tour or go "on your own". Term: until June.
5) If you have chosen a tour, then keep track of interesting offers on the websites of travel agencies. Term: from March to June.
5) If you decide to go on your own, then book flights and hotel.
a) Ask friends who have recently traveled to Italy.
b) Search for information on the Internet.
c) Choose the best deals.
Deadline: June.
6) Take care of the visa. Term: July-August.
7) Receive / collect all travel documents. Term - August-early September.
8) Purchase a guidebook and other things necessary for the trip. Term - August-early September.
Perhaps such detailing will seem excessive, but then you will not forget anything and will not come across "pitfalls".
Step 3
Choose the most important, most important goal. Important for you at the present time. Highlight it in your plan with a different color and pay special attention to it. Think about it, discuss it with friends and family if it is not overly personal. Perhaps someone will perceive your concentration with an ironic smile, but you need to carry out your plans, and not go with the flow, right? And for sure in your environment there will be at least a few active and ambitious people who have long been accustomed to being the masters of their lives, planning and implementing plans instead of just going to work and doing current affairs. As a rule, such people are extremely energetic and infect others with their energy. It's worth it to chat with them more often.
Step 4
Take action immediately. Not after the holidays, not from Monday or tomorrow, but today, now. How many wonderful undertakings and goals have not been realized due to unjustified delays!
Step 5
Do not put the plan in the back drawer of the table, let it be before your eyes. Reread it, think about your goals. After all, these are your goals, you really want to achieve everything that you wrote. This will stimulate your energetic charge. And how pleasant it will be at the end of December to realize that you wanted, planned and - most importantly - did!
