Step 1
The Strelka card is valid for all types of transport - electric trains, buses, trams, trolleybuses and those route taxis with which a service agreement has been concluded. But everything is only within the Moscow suburbs - in the metro you can't get through the Strelka map.
In order to receive a preferential Strelka card for a student, it is necessary to take a certificate from the secretary at the school or the dean's office of the educational institution that he is studying in the full-time department.
Step 2
If the child is still a minor, the parents do all the actions for him. Parents must register on the mosreg.ru portal (and not on government services, as some believe). Log in to your personal account through the secure entrance of the ESIA. After entering the page, find the menu "Arrow Map". Fill in all the required fields for the initial application. After that, a letter will be sent to your mail confirming your application, and later with approval. This usually takes one business day.
Step 3
After the letter with the approval of the application, you need to drive up to the MFC (which you chose during registration) to receive the card itself. You must come with your child, as he will sign on the card issuance form. You will need your passport, student passport and a certificate from the educational institution.
Step 4
After receiving your preferential Strelka card, you need to top up its balance. The most convenient way to do this is through your Sberbank personal account. In the "Payments and Transfers" menu, select the "Transport" option, then - "Arrow Card". You can check your card balance on the official Strelka website by specifying its number.
