One of the most promising types of trade business is now considered to be a business with China. The economy and production of this country have been growing at a high rate in recent years, and this makes it very attractive for doing business. The main problem in organizing such activities is the search for real manufacturers.
Instructions
Step 1
There are two types of manufacturers - a domestic manufacturer and an export manufacturer. The latter are of the greatest interest. It is quite difficult to distinguish real manufacturers from unnecessary intermediaries, visits to exhibitions, remote negotiations and correspondence, and even personal meetings and visits to their factories are insufficient. First of all, you need to refer to the catalog of Chinese manufacturers and check the documents for the right to operate.
Step 2
A visit to the factory and a check of production facilities will give some guarantee of the reality of the manufacturer. However, you need to be especially careful here, in China, a huge amount of goods of various quality is produced, and there is a buyer for each product. Arriving in China, you can find a huge factory with modern facilities, but the warehouses of products can be crammed with goods made by village craftsmen. The manufacturer himself may not contact you (not answer calls or not come to meetings), this does not mean his frivolity, he may be overloaded with work. On the contrary, many can make excursions to factories and talk about their activities all day long, here you need to remember that some of them negotiate with the owners of such factories, and themselves, in fact, are intermediaries.
Step 3
Even after a suitable manufacturer is found, it is advisable to have a representative or agent in China who will control the process of production and dispatch of the goods. Manufacturers often violate the terms of agreements, using low-quality raw materials in production or disrupting delivery times, trial orders, which may seem very high-quality, will also be insufficient here.
