Depending on the purpose of creation, auto clubs are divided into two groups: by interests and roadside assistance. In many respects, its form and method of registration depend on the tasks performed by the automobile club.

Step 1
Before you start registering an auto club, decide what goals and objectives it will fulfill. And also resolve issues with financing, receipt and distribution of profits from the activities of the club, if income, of course, is planned. Depending on the proposed activity, the auto club can be registered as a non-profit or, conversely, as a commercial organization.
Step 2
To create a non-profit organization, hold a general meeting of the members of the future auto club, at which it is necessary to adopt the charter and sign the memorandum of association. Then write an application for state registration in the form of RN 0001, attach the adopted charter, articles of association, minutes of the meeting on the decision to create a car club, a letter of guarantee for providing the organization with premises and a photocopy of payment of the state duty. Submit the collected package of documents for registration of the auto club to the regional branch of the registration chamber under the Ministry of Justice.
Step 3
When registering a car club as a non-profit organization, please note that despite the fact that, according to the law, an NCO (non-profit organization) is allowed to engage in commerce in order to ensure its life, it will be necessary to document quarterly that the profit received was used exclusively for the development of the auto club. Otherwise, serious problems may arise, and a decision was made to liquidate the NPO. Therefore, it is often easier to register a car club as an ordinary commercial organization, for example, LLC.
Step 4
To register an auto club as an LLC, first decide on the organizational aspects (how many founders the auto club will have, what is the size of the authorized capital, the types of planned activities and the tax system). After that, collect the package of documents necessary for registering your auto club with the tax office. Write a statement on the P11001 form. Please note that the applicant's signature must be notarized.
Step 5
Attach to the application the minutes of the meeting of the founders (or the decision of the sole founder of the auto club), the charter, a receipt for payment of the state duty, a list of LLC participants. If the company has more than 2 founders, then an agreement on the formation of the company will also be required, as well as an application for the registration authority to provide a copy of the charter with a mark on the authenticity of the document. Print all documents, sew, sign and submit to the tax office. In a week it will be possible to obtain a certificate of state registration of a legal entity and start working.
