In such a situation, one cannot do without the official re-registration of the enterprise.

Instructions

Step 1

Go to the website of the Federal Tax Service and download the form of the recommended form 13001. Fill it out, paying special attention to the list of OKVED (All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities) codes. The current list can be found on the Internet, in the databases of the Consultant or at the branch of the Federal Tax Service at the place of residence.

Step 2

Select the list of OKVED codes. In the explanations for filling out the recommended form, it is said that a potential entrepreneur can indicate an unlimited number of OKVED. However, in practice, when registering, it is not recommended to fill in more than 30 columns. Otherwise, the commission may reject such an application. The main activity should be the first in the list of codes. If during re-registration it remains unchanged, then a dash should be put in the cell. All other conditions for filling out the re-registration form remain the same as compared to the registration form: codes consisting of more than 3 digits are allowed to be entered into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

Step 3

Have a founding meeting. Prepare a protocol and a decision of the board of directors (composition of founders) to amend or expand the list of activities. As a rule, the minutes of the meeting are drawn up in free form.

Step 4

Make the appropriate changes to the Charter of the enterprise, in the part devoted to the listing of activities. Take a copy of the documents.

Step 5

Pay the state fee for re-registration of the enterprise and certify the package of documents with a notary. Remember that the completed Form 13001 must not be stitched.

Step 6

Contact the territorial office of the Federal Tax Service and submit documents for re-registration of the enterprise. After accepting the application and considering it, the tax service makes a decision, and if approved, the company will be re-registered within 10 days.
