Each person working under an employment contract must be provided with a wage that must not be less than the minimum wage (Chapter 21, Article 133 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2001, No. 197-FZ). There is piecework and time-based wages. Piecework wages depend on labor productivity, or rather on a quantitative indicator. Time wages are calculated for the actual hours worked.
Instructions
Step 1
To calculate the average wage, you need to know the wages for the full month worked. Its size can be found in the employment contract or in the staffing table.
Step 2
Further, this amount is divided by 29.4 (the average number of calendar days in a month). The resulting number will be the average daily earnings.
Step 3
Then we multiply this number by the actual hours worked. The amount received will be the size of your salary for a certain period of time.
Step 4
In the case of piecework wages, wages are calculated at the rates for one unit of manufactured products or work performed.
