Employees who successfully study by correspondence and evening form of study at universities, institutions of secondary specialized and primary vocational training have the right to paid educational leave. Labor legislation determines the duration of paid additional leave for passing intermediate certification, for preparing a diploma, for passing state exams. The vacation pay is calculated from the average salary.
Instructions
Step 1
Arrange the granting of an educational leave to an employee:
- demand from the employee an application for additional leave with the attachment of a reference-call. The certificate indicates the start and end dates for the exams, as well as the number of calendar days, - issue a vacation order. The order is filled in according to the unified form T-6, it is the basis for the accountant to accrue and pay vacation pay. Introduce it to the employee under the signature. Enter the vacation information on the employee's personal card.
Step 2
Calculate vacation pay:
- summarize the actual accrued wages for the last 12 months
(in this case, the payments specified in clause 4 of the Regulations are excluded).
- Divide this amount by 12 and by 29.4 (average number of days in a month). Received an average daily wage.
Multiply your average daily earnings by the number of vacation days. Exclude personal income tax from vacation pay, withhold it.
Step 3
Pay your vacation pay at least three days before the start of your vacation.
