If there is a section “Accounting” in the 1C: Enterprise program, this system should automatically implement a special mechanism for working with the values of accounting totals. This mechanism should provide storage, dynamic recalculation of accounting totals, as well as their retrieval using the built-in language.
Instructions
Step 1
Open the program exclusively. Then select the "Operations" tab and in the new window that appears - "Manage accounting totals". Then install the calculation. The fact is that the change in the values of accounting totals can be made only by managing the postings of accounting transactions. At the same time, the storage of totals will be supported by the system with standard detailing up to a month. In addition, the totals should store the turnovers and account balances with a certain granularity by the sub-account mechanism, as well as the amount of turnovers between accounts (in this case, without the presence of detail by sub-account).
Step 2
Refer to accounting totals using a special object in the form of "Accounting Totals". The object can operate in three different modes: work with all the main accounting totals, work in the request system and with temporary totals. In this case, the "Accounting Totals" object when using the "Create Object" function will work in the first mode. But switching to subsequent modes can be done using the following functions: "Calculate" and "Execute Request". In turn, the functions called "Use Chart of Accounts" or "Use Accounting Separator" will allow you to designate a chart of accounts for which totals will be calculated.
Step 3
You can use another calculation method. To do this, open the "Tools" tab, and then select the "Options" section. Then set the visibility of the activity logs. After that, find in the toolbar "Operations" and select the section "Calculation of accounting totals". Next, just set the quarter you need, for which you need to determine the totals.
Step 4
Use the Relevance calculation method. It can set or clear the sign of the relevance of the values of temporary totals. Also, this method allows you to generate support for the temporary calculation of final values in the current state. Thus, when a certain support attribute is installed for the "Accounting Totals" object, it will reflect the change in totals performed by operations. This opportunity should be used only in specific cases, for example, to optimize some large routine calculations.
