After all, an employee can get injured as a result of his own negligence and lack of prudence, but it can also happen due to equipment malfunction.

Instructions

Step 1

Insure the employees of the company. Any employee entering into an agreement with an employer is subject to compulsory social insurance in connection with Article 5 of the Federal Law of 24.07.1998 No. 125-FZ. All actions of the employer and registration of accidents at work are spelled out in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation in accordance with Articles 228-230 and in Appendix No. 1.

Provide first aid and prescribe a mandatory medical examination of the victim.

Find out if the injury is an occupational accident. The exact meaning of an industrial accident is described in Article 3 of Law No. 125-FZ. If an employee is injured while working or on the way from / to work, then the employer is responsible for this, since he is the insured of this person. Also, when considering injuries, the time that the employee was at the employer's territory is taken into account, even if he was not involved in the labor process, but, for example, was on vacation or a smoke break.

Step 4

Assign an investigation into the incident, the commission should consist of 3-5 people. In accordance with its results, it is determined whether the corresponding payments will be made and their amount. An investigation helps to determine the cause and method of injury. If students are working in the workplace, or persons involved in the performance of certain work, then all industrial accidents that have occurred to them are also subject to investigation and accounting.

Step 5

Do not change the situation at the scene of the incident, if this is not possible, then it is necessary to fix the situation (photos or diagrams).

Step 6

Obtain the results of the examination in accordance with Form No. 315 / y. This will help determine the severity and extent of the employee's injuries, as well as determine the pay and determine whether the employee will be able to continue working.

Step 7

Contact the insurance service after 24 hours after the accident according to the form from Appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation of 08.24.2000 No. 157.
