With the introduction of the decree prohibiting citizens from leaving the country who did not pay various fines on time, many drivers began to worry about the question: "Do I have unpaid fines?" Naturally, it is better to find out about this at home than at the airport check-in counter.
Instructions
Step 1
The surest way is to contact the traffic police department at the place of your permanent registration, presenting your driver's license, with a request to report your unpaid fines. But there is one "but". There you will probably only be informed about fines for violations committed in your area. And if you were given fines during your road trip around the country?
Step 2
Recently, on the Portal of State and Municipal Services, you can receive information on all fines issued in your name, even if you had to change your place of residence or driver's license. You need to go to the Public Services Portal and register to get into your personal account.
Step 3
After registration, which may take 2-3 weeks (the access activation code is sent through the Russian Post), you need to enter your personal account and go to the "Electronic services" section, then to the "Ministry of Internal Affairs", and after that press the " Checking the issued fines”. Here you can check the issued fines by entering data on the car, or by entering the number (s) of the driver's license.
