You can pay for goods and services of many organizations by money orders of the Russian Post. For residents of some settlements, this payment method is almost the only one. After all, bank branches are far from everywhere, and post offices exist almost everywhere. Sending a postal order is simple: fill out the form, give the money to the operator, take the receipt - and that's it. The main thing is that the payment details are correct.

Instructions
Step 1
Find out the exact name and bank details of the organization whose services or goods you intend to pay by postal order. Namely:
- TIN of the organization;
- number of her current account;
- the name of the bank in which this current account is opened;
- bank correspondent account;
- BIK bank.
Step 2
Find out the detailed postal address of the organization with a zip code. If the mailing address is different from the legal address, please also specify the legal address.
If you intend to pay for goods or services provided by an individual, you will need to specify his full name and postal address with a zip code. It is allowed to send postal orders to a post office box and on demand.
Step 3
Take the money and your passport and go to the Russian Post office. If you are a citizen of another state, the operator of the post office, in addition to an identity document, may also ask you for a migration card.
Step 4
Fill out the money transfer form (EF 112 form) https://www.bankirsha.com/files/pic/1294491994_pp2.png. Write all data on the form clearly and legibly in accordance with the sample posted at the post office. Fill out only the front side of the form - the field outlined in bold. Corrections are not allowed.
Step 5
First, indicate the amount of the transfer in numbers, and below write the number of rubles in words, kopecks - in numbers. For example: “one hundred forty three rubles. 00 kopecks . In the “To” line, write the name of the organization or the full name of the person to whom you are sending the transfer. Enter the recipient's postal address with zip code below it. Below is a field for specifying the bank details of the organization.
Step 6
Write your details: full name, postal address with zip code, your passport data. Please personally sign in the appropriate box. Indicate the purpose of the payment in the message line - the name of the goods or services that you pay for.
Step 7
Give the post office operator the completed form, your passport for data verification and the required amount of money: the amount of the transfer itself and the cost of postage. Take your passport back from the operator and be sure to take your receipt. The receipt contains a postal identifier - a 14-digit number, by which you can trace the path of the transfer in a special service on the Russian Post website. In addition, the receipt will help you prove that the money was transferred in case of problems.
