The scheme of acquisition of several enterprises, their subsequent integration and sale is characterized by particular stability and liquidity. This scheme is very attractive for foreign investors and is not yet very common among Russian entrepreneurs. It is complicated by the fact that purchasing and integrating multiple companies can take significant amounts and time. A network of small specialized stores selling spare parts, mobile phones, perfumes, and products can become so attractive from the point of view of buying and resale.
