To clarify the amount of debt, the easiest way is to contact each bank with which you are a member or have previously been in any relationship: took out a loan or used other banking services. Another option is to contact the National Bureau of Credit Histories. You can do this with the help of any bank of which you are a client, or through any credit bureau.

It is necessary

  • - telephone;
  • - a computer;
  • - access to the Internet;
  • - passport.

Instructions

Step 1

Contact all banks where you have ever taken loans or opened accounts. Most often, a call to the call center is enough to receive an answer, where you will be transferred to a competent specialist who will help you and verbally voice the necessary data. If, for any purpose, an official response from the bank is required, a call to the call center may not be enough. In this case, contact the bank in person or send a written request there.

Step 2

Contact the territorial office of the Bank of Russia if the bank ignores your requests, including written ones. Describe in the letter the entire history of attempts to obtain the necessary information: when, how many times and in what form they contacted the bank on this issue. Ask for assistance in obtaining the necessary documents.

Step 3

Submit a request for a credit report to the National Bureau of Credit Histories (NBCH). You can download the request forms for individuals and legal entities on the bureau's website in the section where services to borrowers are presented.

Step 4

Fill out the request, sign and certify the signature with a notary.

Step 5

Pay for the service if you applied for it less than a year ago. You can find the current prices and details on the NBKI website.

Step 6

Send your request to the address: 121069, Moscow, Skatertny per., 20/1, National Bureau of Credit Histories.

Step 7

Visit the post office, which has a telegraph office, if you do not want to spend money on notary services.

Step 8

Compose a telegram in which indicate your last name, first name and patronymic, passport details and registration address. Be sure to include your request for a credit report as well.

Step 9

Ask postal workers to certify your signature on the telegram. To do this, show them your passport.

Step 10

Send the telegram to the same address as the letter in step 6. Wait for a response from the NBCH.
